The Rental Process
I. Request a quote using our online form.
II. Receive a phone call within 24 hours confirming requested rental products, availability, and logistics.
III. A quote will then be provided via email. Review quote for accuracy. If satisfied, you will receive an invoice along with a contract and, a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure event date and rental items.
IV. To make your event rental as smooth as possible, we drop off and pick up rentals.
